My Happy Minds

We are proud to be a part of the myHappymind Family!

Overview of myHappymind:

At Fryern Federation, myHappymind plays an important role in supporting our children’s emotional wellbeing and personal development. The programme is rooted in scientific research and is carefully adapted for each year group, from Early Years through to Year 6, with a strong focus on preparing pupils for transition in the later years.

Through engaging, age-appropriate lessons, children learn how their brains work, how emotions influence behaviour, and how to manage their thoughts and feelings in a positive way. The curriculum supports pupils to build confidence, resilience, and self-belief, while developing empathy, healthy relationships, and a positive mindset towards learning. By embedding myHappymind across the Federation, we aim to equip all children with practical strategies and lifelong skills that support their mental health, wellbeing, and
readiness for future challenges — both in school and beyond.
